We are currently delivering timber goods in 1-4 working days but for orders in zones 4 and 5 it may take slightly longer.
Please note: Deliveries are conducted by one person and will be delivered to the access point of the property only.
Larger orders will require someone to be at the property to assist the driver with unloading. If it is not possible for someone to be at the property to assist, there will be a minimum charge of £30 (depending on location) for a two-person delivery. Please note that we reserve the right to bring the products back to the yard if you advise us that someone will be able to assist, but there is nobody available at the time of the delivery.
If you require goods to be carried into a garden or other point on the premises, this will require a two-person delivery and will incur a minimum additional charge of £30. If you require this service, please discuss it with us when we call to book out your delivery. If you are not home, any timber materials will be delivered to the access point of the property.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of goods left at a property on the agreed delivery date, therefore we would recommend that someone is home to take delivery.

Delivery radius from 3 miles up to 10 miles from DL14 7RH £18 delivery charge with a minimum order £50. FREE DELIVERY on orders over £350

Zone 4

Standard Shipping
Our smaller goods are available for general shipping via Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel or DPD. Postage is £4.95 for orders up to £49.99 and free for orders over £50.
Returns
We will accept returns and issues a full refund on any goods brought, or sent back to us within 14 days.
Bespoke goods (sheds and summerhouses)
Current lead times for sheds and summerhouses which are all made to your order and requirements, are 6-8 weeks.
If at any point you wish to cancel a shed or summerhouse, then the deposit (minimum 50% of product price) will be non-refundable. If payment has been made in full then you will only be entitled to a 50% refund, as work has already been carried out on your behalf.
